For the purists, our Antenna Martini is a must-try. Crafted with our London Dry Gin, this crisp, classic cocktail is stirred (or shaken!) to perfection, delivering a smooth, dry finish with subtle botanical complexity. Serve it up with a twist or an olive and savor the elegance.
50ml Antenna London Dry
1tsp ounce dry vermouth, or to taste
1 dash orange or aromatic bitters, optional
Lemon twist or 1 or 3 olives, for garnish
STEP 1
Put a martini glass in the fridge to chill. Pour the Antenna London Dry and vermouth into a mixing glass or jug filled with ice cubes. Stir with a mixing spoon until the outside of the glass is very cold, then taste to check the dilution.
STEP 2
Strain the martini into the chilled glass and serve.
